OCTOBER OF 2009, ONE DAY IN THE SEASON OF GRAPE HARVEST AT PATRICK PIUZE'S

It’s really important for us to harvest our grapes manually so we can protect them. This way, we take care of the grapevines a little bit more.

During the harvest, everyone gets through a lot of work : harvest, pressing, settling, wine tasting, and even administration. Every night, we have dinner all together and enjoy a good meal prepared by a chef.

The harvest must remain a privileged and federative moment. Team spirit and sense of sharing in a good mood are essential.
